1.1 DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Delivery dates and times:
The delivery days to you of your products are from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 17:00 pm for Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras. For the rest of Greece and abroad, the delivery times of the respective Transport Company are valid.

Product delivery time:

Without prejudice to what is explicitly defined in these Terms of Use and Transactions, the products are delivered to Attica, Thessaloniki, Patras and other major urban cities within two (2) working days, to the rest of Greece within three (3) working days, to remote and island areas there may be a delay of up to four (4) working days. Please note that the above time applies to parcels under 5kg where they are sent by courier.

The above deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather events or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transport and delivery times.

In case the Courier company fails to deliver the parcel to you (due to your absence) and if you meet the conditions (mobile phone and there is a partner Clever Point store near your area) the parcel may be automatically sent to Clever Point and you will be informed SMS.

For parcels over 5 kg they may be sent with a transport company where the delivery time is 4-7 working days and in inaccessible areas up to 12 working days.

In case the transport company fails to deliver the parcel to you (due to your absence), you may be charged extra transport for the receipt of your parcel, where the cost is judged by the transport company and not by our company.

In case you want a transport company of your choice with which gadgetsmarket does not cooperate, then the shipping costs are borne by you regardless of the value of the order and place / time of delivery. In this case gadgetsmarket bears no responsibility for any delays in the delivery of your products.

Note: We inform you that the delivery from all our partner companies takes place on the sidewalk of the address you have stated.

1.2 SHIPPING COSTS
The products purchased online are shipped with the company Courier Center, which cooperates with Speedex for the province and you can search for your shipment online by clicking here.

You can calculate the shipping cost of a product without registering in the store. On the presentation page of each product just below the price there is a hyperlink that automatically calculates the cost of shipping by courier service to your door.

Note: In case of purchase of more than one product, the shipping is configured according to the volumetric and the weight of the package.

Cash on delivery has an additional charge of € 0.99. The amount can not exceed € 999.00 while you may be asked for a deposit or discount for high value goods as well as for heavy and bulky goods as the free shipping service can be provided by our company with purchases over 79.00 € for Greece.

Note: The amount of free shipping is not fixed and may change from time to time.

Parcels over 5 kg may be sent with the transport company Delatolas and the estimated delivery time for Attica is 1-2 working days, for a province 4-7 working days.

Shipping costs start from € 1.90 for Attica and € 3.9 for the rest of Greece up to 5 kg. Shipping costs vary based on volumetric and package weight.

1.3 FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping ceases when the customer has completed an amount below the amount provided.

More specifically, if a customer has bought products above the stipulated amount and has received his products at his place completely free of charge, if he decides in the process to return some products and the amount falls below the stipulated amount, then the free shipping ceases to apply and are charged to the customer where they are calculated based on the volumetric product and its weight, as well as the area where the parcel was sent.

In addition, you will be charged for the cost of sending the return which will be deducted from the amount you will receive or you can send it directly to our company at your own expense.

The value of the returned products will be credited to your account within twenty (20) working days from the date of return of your parcel.

Note: Any refund is made exclusively on the medium with which the customer originally paid for the product (card payment: card refund, bank payment: refund to your bank account, payment through a partner platform: refund via it).

For sending an order outside Greece, different shipping charges apply, for which you can be informed before completing the respective order.

For orders that are above the expected amount and concern inaccessible areas, free shipping does not apply and there will be specific charges from 10 to 15 euros depending on the city or island which you can see at the time of your order which come out automatically from our system.

For orders that are below the prescribed amount, shipping charges apply depending on the product you have selected and our system automatically removes them for you.

1.4 DELIVERY OF PACKAGES TO CYPRUS
Orders for Cyprus are made only electronically and only with prepaid card. They are executed with the transport company KRONOS by ship, the parcels are sent every Thursday and you receive until next Friday. Shipping is automatically removed from the system, starting from € 12.40 and configured according to the products you have chosen.

For parcels up to 2kg the shipment is made by courier company and the delivery time is within (10) working days.

For parcels over 2kg the orders are executed with the transport company Kronos by ship, the parcels are sent every Thursday and you receive until next Friday.
