WAYS OF ORDER

1. CREATION OF ORDER

By completing and sending the relevant order form that exists on the Website, the Company, if the above form has been completed in accordance with the terms of use, will confirm your order by sending you an order number via e-mail. The order is binding only if it has been accepted by the Company and the relevant confirmation has been sent via e-mail. The confirmation sent by the Company is based on the relevant confirmation of the supplier that there is availability of the ordered product.

 

1.1. Track Order

You can see the "Status" of your order at any time by entering the link "MY ACCOUNT". If your order has been delivered to the courier, you have the opportunity to find out where your parcel is, through the bill of lading number, which is sent to the e-mail you have stated.

 

1.2. Order Cancellation / Modification

The order can be canceled in the following cases:

Before the order is completed:

Before placing your order, you have the option to technically "back" and remove the quantities of products from your cart that you do not wish to order by pressing the "x" button.

After the completion of the order but before the receipt of the products:

If the online order has been completed but the product has not been shipped yet, you can cancel your order by sending an e-mail to info@gadgetsmarket.gr or by phone at 210-2477860 & 210-2477863, 09:00 -18: 00, Monday to Friday.

Note: Modification of the order is done under certain conditions after a telephone consultation.

Upon receipt of the product:

For any objection regarding the product, its specifications or any other parameter after receiving the product, you can contact the gadgetsmarket team electronically or by phone to resolve the issue.

Important note: The products of our company are not available in gift packaging and this service is not provided even at the request of the customer.


1.3. Lack of stock

In case of stock shortages the Company will contact you within 2-3 days from the day of sending the confirmation message and will either offer you another similar product or cancel the order, returning the entire amount you paid for the purchase of the product and shipping costs. In case of an order that includes more than one product, the order will be executed collectively, unless it is agreed to cancel the order of the product, which is not available, in which case the order is completed with the delivery of the remaining products.

The company HELLAS TECH EE. is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of the ordered products, which are not due to its fault or constitute events of force majeure, such as problems in the road network, severe weather phenomena, strikes, etc.
